Jury says it’s deadlocked in Danny Masterson rape trial

on jurors rape case “That ’70s Show” star Danny Masterson said Friday they are at an impasse, but a judge told them they haven’t deliberated long enough to declare a mistrial.

The jury told Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Charlene Olmedo that after nearly three days of deliberations, they could not reach a unanimous verdict on any of the three counts of rape against the actor.

Olmedo had already agreed to allow jurors the Thanksgiving week off. It closed its discussions on Friday and asked them to return on November 28 and resume the deliberations.

Masterson, 46, is accused of raping three women, including an ex-girlfriend, between 2001 and 2003 at his Hollywood Hills home.

He has pleaded not guilty, and the defense maintains that the acts were consensual.

Masterson, 46, did not testify during the trial. His attorney did not present any defense testimony and instead focused on inconsistencies in accounts of three accused who said they changed their stories over time and spoke to each other before going to the police.
