Ticketmaster’s fan support account tweeted, “We are aware that fans are experiencing intermittent issues with the site and are working to resolve them immediately.”

The issues forced Ticketmaster to push back the West Coast pre-sale from 10 a.m. to 3 a.m. local time, it also moved Capital One’s pre-sale to Wednesday.

Swift announced the original 27-date US tour on her Instagram on November 1, before expanding to 52 dates, her biggest tour to date.
